poor delivery

1. I bought online.on 27 Dec and estimated delivery given by Boxgreen was 2 days, by 29 Dec. It was not delivered.
2. Today on 3 Jan, recieved a shipping email notification by Shippy for first time at 12 noon, saying out for delivery.
3. Delivery is to office. I am working from home today. Delivery man called at 4pm, saying he is not.going up to my office to deliver to reception/mailroom and he opt to wait in his car at office ground floor lobby. We contacted through Whatsapp.
4. When i said no one is around to pick up, he opt to deliver again next Monday. I hope I wont running into trouble or extra delivery charges.
5. If cannot deliver straight to office, please indicate customer?is to self collect and be vigilant in looking for last minute delivery notice.
