1.2 Shipments that contain prohibited, restricted, or dangerous goods as defined by relevant international laws and regulations will not be accepted for shipping.
- Shipping Rates and Fees:
2.1 Shipping rates and fees are determined based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and type of shipment. These charges will be provided to you prior to confirming your shipment.
2.2 You are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. Such charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs and Import Regulations:
3.1 It is our responsibility to provide accurate and complete customs documentation, including but not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, and any other required documents.
3.2 You acknowledge that customs authorities in the destination country may inspect and assess your shipment, which may result in delays beyond our control. We are not liable for any such delays or the actions of customs authorities.
- Delivery and Transit Times:
4.1 Transit times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and local disruptions may impact the delivery timeline.
4.2 We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from delays in shipment delivery.
- Shipment Tracking:
5.1 We offer shipment tracking services to provide visibility into the status and location of your shipment. However, we do not guarantee real-time tracking accuracy.
5.2 In the event of any discrepancies or concerns regarding tracking information, you are encouraged to contact our customer support.
- Liability and Insurance:
6.1 We take utmost care in handling your shipments. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, public authorities, strikes, natural disasters, and mechanical failures.
6.2 You have the option to purchase shipping insurance to cover potential loss or damage to your shipment during transit. Insurance coverage and terms are subject to the insurance provider's policies.
- Returns and Refunds:

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore..

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Boxgreen regarding international shipping and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
